South Korea – free tracked shipping with EMS for all orders.
USA – free standard shipping on all orders. Upgrade to tracked shipping with DHL for $4.95.
All other countries – free flat rate standard shipping for any order over $20. Upgrade to tracked shipping with DHL for $4.95.
Delivery time frames
For South Korea customers, please allow 7-10 business days for your item(s) to be delivered.
For customers in other countries, please allow 10-15 business days.
Although we dispatch 95% of orders on the same day as the purchase from our warehouses, you will need to allow for processing time at customs for all items of a medical nature.
Where is my order?
Before contacting us about your order, we kindly ask that you take into account any local public holidays or workers strikes that may have affected the delivery of your items.
We will only determine an order as lost if it has not been delivered after 20 business days from the shipping date. If your products have not arrived after this time, please contact our customer service team to arrange a refund or replacement product.
